Erica Sobol Master Classes and Choreography

Michelle Latimer Dance Academy in pleased to announce that Erica Sobol will be a guest master teacher at our studio for the first time this year! Erica will be teaching an evening of master classes and setting a Senior level piece this year. To be considered for the piece you must be in class on Friday and available during the weekend for rehearsals if selected to be in the piece.

Master Class with Al Blackstone from "Wicked"

We are hosting a master class this Monday night (Oct. 19th) with Al Blackstone, who is with the Broadway touring cast of Wicked. Al will be teaching a master class, including choreography from Wicked! Class is open to all dancers 12 and up. Monday 5:30-7pm....Cost is $25/per dancer. Hope to see you there!

Musical Theatre Rehearsal and modified classes for Monday, October 12th / IMPORTANT

There will be a mandatory rehearsal for ALL dancers in "Be Italian" on Monday, October 12th from 5:30-8pm. It is very important that everyone is present at this rehearsal so we can finish this piece. All dancers are expected to stay for Ballet 7 afterward,

If you are in Level 6 classes and are not in this piece you will not have musical theatre but are expected to take Ballet 7 from 8-9:30pm

Austria meeting for families of Teen and Senior Company

Glenda Brown from Tanzsommer will be at the studio on Tuesday Oct 6th
at 8pm to give an informative sentation about the Austria trip. All families are
encouraged to attend as we are trying to decide if we will be going in 2010 or
later. You can learn all about the trip and ask questions etc. Glenda is coming in
from Texas to meet with us, so you don't want to miss it!
