Dana Wilson

Dana's recent feature in Dance Magazine declares her 'Anything But A Backup Dancer,. Since her second world tour with Justin Timberlake, she continues to work in music videos, commercials (Southwest Airlines, Amazon Prime,Verizon, Bud Lite), TV, award shows (Two and a Half Men, The Grammys, SNL, Ellen, Dancing With the Stars), and movies (including the highly anticipated musical 'LA LA LAND' starring Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone. You've seen her along side Justin Bieber, Hozier, Mylie Cyrus, The Backstreet Boys, Kylie Minogue, Florence and the Machine and as a guest choreographer for SYTYCD season 7. Dana is one of the leading voices of her community, as Dancers' Alliance Board member, and SAG/AFTRA Ambassador. She is a vivacious performer, teacher, choreographer, and even got GoPro's attention for her 365 consecutive daily videos on Instagram (@danadaners). Dana's passion for dance and story telling illuminates everything she crosses from the worlds biggest stages to smallest cell phone screens.

Randi Kemper

Randi Kemper began her professional dance career at the age of 16 touring with Aaron Carter. Since then, she has danced for the biggest names in music, including Beyonce, Janet Jackson, Usher, Chris Brown, Ne-Yo, and more. She has performed on the Superbowl, So You think You Can Dance, Dancing with the Stars, the American Music Awards, the MTV Video Music Awards, the Billboard Awards, BET Awards, numerous talk shows such as Ellen, Jay Leno, Jimmy Kimmel, and the list goes on. Randi continues to dance and perform as well as teach and choreograph as 1/2 of the teaching/choreography team "Randi & Hef" with her boyfriend, Hefa Tuita. They currently teach on 24 SEVEN Dance Convention and countless studios across the nation. Randi recently performed on the iHeart Radio Music Awards with Chris Brown, choreographed by Rich and Tone Talauega. A month later, she head to Europe to do her 3rd tour with Chris Brown. Randi is also proud to say she was the only girl on the tour dancing with 7 guys!

Kayla Radomski

Kayla Radomski started dancing competitively at age seven with her studio's company in Denver, where she attracted regional and national attention, and then soon began serving as an assistant to many well known choreographers. This led her to audition for the Fox's TV show "So You Think You Can Dance!" Kayla finished in the Top 4 Dancers in 2009, and then returned as a SYTYCD All Star in 2015. After SYTYCD, Kayla moved to LA where she then officially started her professional dance career. Kayla started working with artists like Jennifer Lopez, performing on Dick Clarks Rockin Eve in 2010, then touring with "JLO" as one of her dancers performing all over the world. Kayla also has worked with artist such as; the legend Cher, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Meghan Trainor, and Fergie, to name a few. Kayla has also performed on many award shows including the Grammys, MTV Video Awards, Prime Time Emmy's, Tv Land Awards, Kids Choice Awards and The Academy Awards. These opportunities have led Kayla to assist many well known choreographers for different projects including helping choreograph multiple routines and assisting on the 2010 Academy Awards! She can also be seen in the following movies; "Passengers", "Teen Beach 2", "Footloose", "The Campaign", "Lucky Stiff", "Behind the Candelabra" and "Jersey Boys". You can also catch her in a behind the scenes video on the DVD release of Disney's Frozen! Kayla's acting credits include; "Blood Relatives", "Partners", "Engaged", "At the Chalkbowl"," The Celt", "Ghost Killers", "666: Devilish Charm", and "Chasing 8's". Some of Kayla's TV credits are; Dancing with the Stars, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Ellen, Jimmy Kimmel, The Voice, Americas Got Talent, GLEE, Drop Dead Diva, Parks and Recreation, Blunt Talk, Neighbors, Big Time Rush, X Factor, The Queen Latifah Show, Mobbed, plus many more. Recent commercial credits; principle roles in a National Microsoft Surface commercial and a National Wild Turkey commercial with actor Matthew McConaughey. Kayla hopes to continue growing in her career and entertaining, inspiring and touching peoples lives through her art.

Janaya French

After graduating in 2010, Janaya started her dance career assisting West Coast Dance Explosion for their 2010/2011 season. She then moved to Los Angeles and is currently signed with Bloc Talent Agency. In May 2012 she made one of her proudest accomplishments as she was a part of the Top 20 dancers on Season 9 of So You Think You Can Dance. She has been a part of many live shows in Las Vegas, Hawaii and Denver dancing for EPlus Productions. Other credits in TV and film include, dancing with Paramore at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards, 65th Primetime Emmy Awards alongside Neil Patrick Harris, 2015 Billboard awards with Fall Out Boy, The Goldbergs, Glee, Teen Beach 2, Ted 2 and more. Within the past year she has performed on the CMA's, CMA Country Christmas special, People's Choice Awards, Grease Live, and TV Land Icon Awards. Janaya just finished touring the country with Maks and Val from Dancing with the Stars and is ready to continue auditioning and furthering her career in any way possible!

Chad Azadan

After moving to Los Angeles and dancing in many films, TV shows and stage shows, Chad moved to las Vegas and performed for several years in the highly acclaimed Celine Dion Show. Currently Chad is performing in Vegas and touring with a Michael Jackson tribute show "MJ Live" and shooting a film "12 Days of Xmas" for Hallmark.

Nina McNeely

Nina is a choreographer, dancer, and artist. Having moved to Los Angeles from Denver, Colorado in 2001, Nina began her career dancing and choreographing for LA's underground club scene, and dancing in various contemporary dance companies including Hysterica Dance Company and Collage Dance Theater. Nina has choreographed for multiple world renowned artists including Rihanna, Pentatonix, Nick Jonas, Tove Lo, Demi Lovato, Calvin Harris, Dillon Francis, Banks, Pretty Lights, Fitz and The Tantrums, Major Lazer, Sam Sparro, and shot with directors such as Eric Wareheim, Dugan O'Neal and Mike Rosenthal. Her commercial credits include MAC, Lee Jeans, Samsung with Rihanna, Loctite, and Argos. Furthermore, Nina brings her style as choreographer into her work as a multimedia artist and director,she co-founded WIFE in 2010 as a choreographer, dancer, and animator. In 2013, Nina began video directing, and has since directed music videos for Hayley Kiyoko, KERF, and Hi Fashion.Nina created and performed in her first solo body mapping piece entitled MORPH, which ran in Franco Dragone's 2014 production of Taboo in Macau, China.Nina continues to live, work, dance, and create in Los Angeles.

Eric Schloesser

After dancing at MLDA for 11 years,Eric achieved Senior Male Best Dancer at The Dance Awards in 2014. After graduating, Eric moved to Los Angeles to pursue his dream of being a professional dancer. Since then, he has worked with Travis Wall, Teddy Forance, Nick Lazzarini, Stacey Tookey, Will Loftis, Andrew Winghart, Noelle Marsh, Dana Metz, and aspires to work with many more. He joined Shaping Sound on their last tour as a swing and is touring with them this October. Eric continues to supplement his love for dance and fitness with yoga, pilates, hiking, and other physical activities. He loves to travel, eat good food, and be outdoors, and his ultimate goal is to inspire others to be good, kind, and authentic. Eric most recently danced for Lady Gaga in her epic Super Bowl halftime performance.

Erika Tomlinson

Currently Erika is in Las Vegas dancing in "Le Reve- The Dream" where she is the dance captain, a featured ballroom dancer, & plays the lead role of "The Dreamer." Allowing her to work with the brilliant shows choreographers Maksim Chmerkovskiy from DWTS & Marguerite Derricks. She is the technique coach for the UNLV Rebel Girls who are the current collegiate national champions! Before Las Vegas she was dancing in the Broadway National Tour of "Peter Pan" starring Cathy Rigby. She has danced in numerous music videos & films for Nickelodeon, NBC & Stars Encore, as well as industrials for Playstation, Honda & Apple. Live performances include the Bellagio New Year's Eve show in Las Vegas, Universal Studios Hollywood Christmas Show, and shows aboard Holland America Cruise Lines around the world. Erika is very proud & honored to be involved with so many different aspects of the dance world & looks forward to continuing her journey!

Lexi Janz

Upon graduating from MLDA, Lexi began her professional career dancing for Royal Caribbean and Princess Cruises. She then relocated to New York City, where she focused on furthering her vocal and acting training. Along with appearing in various short films, and performing with Broken Box Dance Company, she made her musical theater debut as Pilar in Legally Blonde, followed by Fermina in Man of La Mancha. Currently, she lives in Japan, dancing and acting in Tokyo Disney Resort's "One Man's Dream". Lexi is also passionate about visual art and writing, having completed an internship at online art magazine Arte Fuse. She is currently enrolled in a design course through Parson's School of Design, and looks forward to continue exploring the world, and the universal language of art in all its forms.

Lauren Sigler

After leaving Colorado, Lauren moved to LA for 4 years. Lauren has performed with Beyonce in the 2014 VMA's, Lady Gaga in the Frank Sinatra's 100th Birthday Concert, and been on multiple episodes for Parks and Recreation, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and Parenthood. She has also assisted choreographers such as Stacey Tookey and Tyce Diorio on So You Think You Can Dance for numerous seasons. Last year, Lauren fulfilled a lifelong dream and went on tour with an international artist, Helene Fischer, touring Germany and other European countries. Recently, Lauren Sigler has been dancing with a Broadway-style show in Las Vegas called Showstoppers, choreographed by Marguerite Derricks. In addition, Lauren is pursuing a bachelors degree in marketing from Colorado State University-Global Campus. Lauren is incredibly grateful for her training at Michelle's and can't wait to visit her 2nd family soon!

Sam Lips

Sam is currently making his UK Theatre debut, in Strictly Ballroom, He recently starred in the US Broadway national tour of Pippin in the title role . His Broadway credits also include Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella and the Us Tour of Wicked (understudy Fiyero). Sam also played Action in West Side Story at Carnegie Hall. Other regional credits include The Muny in St. Louis, Chicago (Fred Casey), Legally Blonde (Carlos), Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (Frank). Sam has a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Michigan.

Taylor Dean

Since moving to LA to pursue her professional dance career, Taylor has signed with Clear Talent Agency and has had the blessings of multiple varying dance jobs. Some of those bookings include her appearances on X-Factor, Glee, Dancing with the Stars, The Ghostbusters Red Carpet Movie Premiere and more ! She's had the pleasure of touring with Germany's top artist Helene Fischer, and performed with other music heavy hitters such as Tinashe, Ty Dolla Sign, Akon, Eden Xo, and her most current work with prominent hit maker, Red One. Taylor has also ventured into teaching part time, traveling with and dancing along side choreographer Bobby Newberry. She has a new found love for teaching and will always find time to do so! Taylor has also worn the choreographer hat herself, dancing and creating the moves for the up and coming band Los 5's "Poquito Mas" Music Video. She looks forward to the new opportunities coming her way and holds a very special place in her heart for the family shes created here at Michelle Latimer Dance Academy!

Kristin McQuaid

After a successful career in Los Angeles as a dancer and actress, Kristin opened her own studio in Oklahoma, Prestige Dance. Currently, Kristin has choreographed for "So You Think You Can Dance", She has appeared on last seasons "Dance Moms", and is currently a Hollywood Connection faculty teacher on convention!

Ken Anneberg

Ken began dancing at an early age but it wasn't until his final 2 years of training at MLDA that dance became a passion and a career. Ken appeared as a street tap dancer in an episode of the 1st season of CSI:NY and was an Old Navy dancer in Venice Beach, California for a Celebrity Arts Benefit choreographed by Danny Teesen. In 2000, Ken was hired by Stiletto Entertainment in Los Angeles to dance onboard Holland America Cruise Line and would end up completing 8 contracts cruising & performing all over the world. In 2004, Ken was promoted by Stiletto Entertainment to an Assistant Choreographer/ Show Director position where he'd assist choreographers John Charron, Jill Hillier, Patti Colombo & Liz Imperio in creating more than 20 new production shows to be performed on Holland America's 14-ship fleet over a 5-year period. Ken also danced for Princess Cruises for 3 years starting in 2012 and worked for Norwegian Cruise Line for 1 year as a Show Install Director in 2014.

Laurel Bashore Walker

After graduating from high school, and training at MLDA for 11 years, Laurel received her BFA modern and jazz dance degree from Point Park University. She then traveled to Montreal for Springboard Danse Montreal and worked with many worldwide choreographers including Aszure Barton (artistic director of Aszure Barton and Artists) and Elizabeth Motely (artistic director of Motley Dance). Laurel then moved to Chicago to dance with the main company of Giordano Dance Chicago. She performed with them for their 2013-2014 season. After completing her first season with GDC, Laurel made the decision to return back to school to pursue another dream of hers. In 2015, Laurel graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with her Masters in Exercise Science (wellness and fitness concentration). She also has certifications from National Academy of Sports Medicine (personal training), the National Academy of Speed and Agility (speed specialist), and Cycle Fusion. She lives with her amazing husband and puppy in Chicago doing in home personal training, teaching barre and cycle classes at The Dailey Method, and cardio dance classes at All About Dance Chicago. She will always love and cherish the time spent at MLDA and grateful for the experiences had in those studio walls :)

Danielle Beeman

Since graduating with honors from University of Iowa,with a BFA in dance, minor in communications, and specialization in American Sign Language in, Danielle has begun her professional career. Danielle is currently performing with Hannah Kahn Dance Company, and is thrilled to have achieved her dreams of dancing for a renowned professional company. Danielle is also a certified yoga instructor and is currently developing her own program for the Deaf and hearing impaired, that is expected to begin at the end of 2016. In addition Danielle teaches classes and master classes in all genres of dance at various studios.Danielle is loving the professional life and is excited to see where all her new endeavors take her!

Jena Bergan

After graduating with a Bachelors in Business Administration from Texas Christian University, I came home to pursue my Masters of Accounting at University of Denver. I am now a CPA at a local public firm in the Denver Tech Center. I recently bought a house nearby and enjoy having my family so close!

Karen Block

Karen graduated from Boston University in 2011 with a degree in Hospitality Administration. She currently resides in beautiful Honolulu, where she has worked as an event manager for The Walt Disney Company and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Karen misses MLDA very much! She hopes all is well with the current dancers and faculty and sends her love!

Arielle Bodenhausen

Arielle [Arie]followed her dreams of being a professional dancer and moving to Los Angeles, CA. Arie has gotten to work with Choreographers such as Stacey Tookey, Kathryn McCormick, Mykell Wilson, Matt Tseng, Kent Boyd, and Tucker Barkley. She has been a dancer in Flo-Rida's Music Video, KO's "Feelin Eletrical" music video, Alex G's 'Find You' Music Video, James Davids '1968' and Aer's 'Keep You Here' music video to name a few. She has performed on stage for many events, including Above Ground Dance 'Underdream', 'Night of Generosity' show, and Kristin McQuaid's 'Choosing Sin' show. Recently, she has been choreographing for artists such as, Aer, Larrisa Lam, and James David. Arie danced in Kent Boyd and Lauren Froderman's short film, 'Collide in 1986'. Along with performing she has had the opportunity to assist Stacey Tookey and recently Kathryn McCormick for Britt Nicole's tour. She spent April of 2016 in South Korea dancing in Franz Harary's Grand Illusion Show. One of Arie's happiest moments was when she taught in China to youth who don't get the arts in their day to day life. She is always ready and excited for each new journey that presents its self!

Jamie Carr

After graduation,Jamie pursued a BFA degree at California State University Long Beach (CSULB) Jamie has also worked with guest residencies such as Alex Ketley, Sidra Bell, and Laurel Jankins. Jamie has trained and performed works by Sidra Bell, Alex Ketley, Summer Lee Rhatigan, James Wallace, Gregory Dawson, and David Hernandez.Jamie has represented CSULB Department of Dance by performing at the regional American College Dance Association, as well as, taking on leadership roles in the department such as Vice President and Production Assistant. Jamie has received the Fine Arts Affiliates Scholarship in Dance and the Carolyn Cunningham Scholarship as an appreciation for her hard work and dedication to the department. Upon graduation, Jamie is planning to travel and perform with professional contemporary dance companies.

Melissa Carroll Gasman

Melissa Carroll Gasman started commuting to dance with MLDA at the age of 14 from Greeley CO. Her love for dance was truly met by this amazing company in Denver. She continued to follow her dreams of dance till she was 18, she went to college danced and coached for UNC SugaeBears. During this time she took off a year to dance for Holland America Cruise lines. Melissa spent many years after that teaching for UDA and dancing with the Colorado Mammoth. Where is she now? Though dance was always a passion for her, the love for animals was also another one. For the past 15 years she has worked in Animal rescue and is currently a Veterinary Technician/Nurse, which she absolutely loves ! Melissa is married to one of the "dance brothers" , Ryan and has a 2 year old little girl together. MLDA always taught me to follow your dreams no matter how big or small and be unique, be you, work hard.

Emma Cumpston

Emma is enjoying her time as a dance major at University of North Carolina School of the Arts, with a focus in Contemporary. She has had the opportunity to be in pieces set by award winning choreographers Ton Simmons, BJ Sullivan, and studied with River North Dance Chicago over the past summer. She has had the opportunity to dance in Nigel Lithgoes Dizzy Feet Foundation Gala, Jefr Tale music video and special events for Acura, Qdoba, Janus Funds, and Honda. Emma is looking forward to graduating college with a Bachelor in Fine Arts and working towards a position in a professional contemporary company.

Darren Dalton

Darren remains grateful to Michelle Latimer and the Academy for empowering him to travel globally with dance as a profession. After touring Darren relocated to NYC where he continues to work in fashion. At the moment Darren is working towards a deeper involvement in the wellness field to include nutrition and fitness coaching. He has also begun test work on creative direction for various projects and is looking forward to sharing his artistic perspective again.

Morgan Devalliere

Morgan moved to LA in 2013 to further her career in dance and has enjoyed every minute of it. She is signed with Go 2 Talent Agency. Morgan has spent her years in California dancing for Disney, Universal Studios and multiple random dance jobs such as the Fashion Film Awards, multiple music videos from a variety of different artists, etc. Morgan also works part time for an interior design company based out of Malibu and is extremely grateful to be able to make money doing two different things that she is very passionate about. Morgan can't wait for multiple more years of doing what she loves in LA and she is thankful to the entire MLDA family to thank for these opportunities.

Margie DiLivio

Upon graduating high school and finishing her dance training at MLDA, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dream of becoming a professional dancer. Since then, she has worked on various projects including a Hard Rock Cafe commercial, multiple music videos, and an upcoming television show featuring James Franco. Margie is currently signed with Bloc Talent Agency in LA where she takes class and auditions regularly. She aspires to dance on tour and see the world while doing what she loves most.

Natalli Dorn

Natalli graduated from MLDA in 2009, Natalli has taken over both coasts. While studying at American Musical and Dramatic Academy she got to study in New York and in Los Angeles. After Graduating in the fall of 2012 she started jumping into the LA theater. Some of her credits include- White Christmas the Musical, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Snow White the Musical (Hollywood Fringe Festival), Kathy in Last Five Years, Maureen in Rent, Little Becky Two-Shoes in Urinetown the Musical, and multiple featured soloist nights with Domino One Productions. As of now she is currently working in the new Frozen Live! show in California Adventure at the Disneyland Park.

Katelyn Doyle

Katelyn is now currently studying dance at Colorado State University! The past four summers she has spent a week in New York participating in the Rockette Summer Intensive! Katelyn plans on auditioning and becoming a Rockette in the future after she graduates from college!

Joshua Dwyre

Joshua Dwyre has recently graduated with a BFA from the SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Dance. At Purchase he trained under Doug Varone, Wallie Wolfgruber, Bettijane Sills, Rosanna Servalli, Ted Kivitt, Stephanie Tooman, Larry Clark, Jean Freebury, Kevin Wynn, and others. It gave him the opportunity to perform works by Doug Varone, Kyle Abraham, Loni Landon, Rosalind Newman, Kevin Wynn, MADboots Dance, and George Balanchine. Dwyre also had the opportunity to dance in Montreal at Springboard Danse Montreal, and performed works by Sharon Eyal, Yin Yue, Fernando Melo, and Chuck Wilt. Now Dwyre is home in Colorado doing what he loves, teaching and dancing, while pursuing performance opportunities.

Emily Fisher

Emily Fisher graduated from Webster Conservatory in 2012 and moved to Los Angeles. As an actress, she can be seen on Season 2 of Blunt Talk on Starz this fall! She currently has a national commercial for FedEx running as well. Emily wrote a one woman show, Morbidly Obsessed that will be premiering at Solofest in early 2017. Emily is repped by BBA and KMR. Proud Member of SAG-AFTRA. When she's not performing, she's planning her wedding that will take place in Denver fall 2017.

Erin Gartner

Erin Gartner is the lead supervising editor at The Associated Press in Chicago, where she helps oversee news coverage in 14 states in the Midwest. A graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, Erin has also worked as a reporter and editor for AP in Denver and North Carolina, taking five months off in between to backpack in South America. Now mostly a weekend-warrior cyclist and backpacker, she still tears up the dance floor at weddings... usually injuring a limb in the process.

Emily Geras

Emily is currently attending the University of Colorado Boulder. She is a Psychology major and Dance minor and Pre- Health for Physical Therapy. Emily works at Hapa Sushi and is also part of Chi Omega sorority at Boulder.

Courtney Gerber

I have been living and traveling in New Zealand for the last 6 months but I will be returning for my last semester of college at Colorado State University in January. I will be graduating with a degree in Natural Resources Recreation and Tourism with a minor in Global Environmental Sustainability. I have a burning passion for studying and protecting wild environments and I hope to get a job which allows me to do exactly that after I graduate. However I was bitten by the travel bug since I have been in New Zealand, and so before I settle down I aspire to travel the world as much as possible. When I’m not busy adventuring in the outdoors, I love to sit down to write, draw, paint, and create all different forms of art which is still a major part of my life. I miss dance very much, and I still consider myself a dancer.

Ali Geroche

Ali plans to graduate from Point Park University in May of 2017 completing her Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance. Currently, Ali is in the process of creating a choreographic work, which will be performed at the Student Choreography Project in October at Point Park. In past years, she has performed works by choreographers Jason McDole, Dan Karasik, and Department Chair, Rub'n Graciani. Ali has also been blessed to perform in numerous student works, including, but not limited to, The Yellow Wallpaper, a dance and theatre work directed by Maddy Wright and Alexa Rossi, and most recently Introspect choreographed by Kerry McCrackin and Phases of Assimilation by Ellie Peterson. Outside of her formal education, Ali has attended the Bates Dance Festival, the Doug Varone Summer Workshop, the San Francisco Conservatory of Dance's Summer Intensive, and Shannon Gillen's Vim Vigor Winter Workshop.

Olivia Gieringer

After finishing off her competition dance career with MLDA having place in the Top Ten Senior Female Best Dancers at the 2016 Dance Awards in Las Vegas, Olivia moved to Los Angeles to start her freshman year as a student at the University of Southern California's Glorya Kaufman School of Dance. She is studying under world renowned faculty members, including William Forsythe, Jodie Gates, Patrick Corbin, and many more. Olivia plans to continue the next four years as a BFA Dance Major with a minor in Nutrition.

Kiana Heber

Kiana Heber graduated from Denver School of the Arts in 2013 and moved to California to attend California Institute of the Arts to pursue a BFA in Dance and Choreography. After spending two years at CalArts she moved back to her hometown Denver, Colorado to attend Johnson and Wales University. She currently studies Sports Entertainment and Event Management, in hopes to open up her very own wedding planning business. While going to school, she also is a bridal stylist at a local bridal shop, The Bridal Collection.

Laura Hinton

Laura has owned Boutique Dance Academy in Castle Rock from 2011-2017.  As a studio owner she worked with other MLDA alums Amber Shipps and Josh Dwyre!

Sierra Hodges

Sierra Hodges is currently studying at Duke University, where she is majoring in neuroscience with plans to attend medical school upon graduation. While she is very involved in various activities that focus on her future as a surgeon, Sierra still leaves time to dance. She is a member of Duke's premiere multicultural dance group, Defining Movement (DefMo), which allows her to use her love of dance to serve the community and to raise awareness for issues of social justice on campus and in the world. Thanks MLDA for shaping me into the person I am today!

Mary Johnston

After graduation, Mary moved to Los Angeles to pursue a professional dance career. She taught at several dance academies throughout the L.A. area, while auditioning and furthering her dance education at Millennium and The Edge Performing Arts Center. She traveled the world as a showgirl for Holland America cruise line and Stiletto Entertainment for two years. Upon returning from sea, she joined Stiletto in their Los Angeles office in the production department. Upon returning to Denver in 2006, Mary joined The Damsels and The Mile High Pin Up Girls dance companies. In 2007 she became a Denver Broncos Cheerleader. During a tour of Mexico City for the NFL, Mary was featured on several talk shows, ESPN Mexico Magazine, and several Telemundo programs and commercials. Currently Mary is a Realtor in the Denver Metro area, dances with Hard Candy Burlesque Company.

Luke Kamppila

Luke grew up in Colorado Springs, after dancing for two seasons at MLDA, Luke graduated in 2015 and he is currently a Dance major at the University of Arizona.

Chris Kosek

After moving to LA,Chris had an incredible opportunity to be featured in a film called InAppropriate Comedy, where he was able to dance, act, and choreograph. From there, Chris started working for In10sity Dance Productions, a touring dance competition company. He has now been an MC for dance competitions for about 3 years and has recently started working for Break The Floor Productions and is looking forward to being a part of the incredible knowledge and training that they give to the young dance community.

Katie Kreiensieck

Since graduating in 2001, Katie has stayed in the dance industry. Early on after graduating she did several dance gigs locally, as well as in Aspen and Vail. For 5 years she was a part of a local professional dance company, and she also began teaching at MLDA. In 2010, on top of teaching, she decided to go to cosmetology school, graduated with the top GPA in her class, as well as getting multiple awards for business and customer service, she enjoys having 2 creative jobs that she loves. Katie has a wonderful partner in life, Sean, and they have 2 kids. A daughter Presleigh, born December 2008, , and a son Carson, born December 2015. The family moved to Greeley co June of 2015, so after 15 years of teaching at MLDA, Katie had to say goodbye. They didn't stay in Greeley long, thanks to a job offer back in Denver, so while katie is not currently on faculty at MLDA, she is still involved in the studio, doing privates, choreographing and subbing!

Savannah Latimer

Savannah moved to Los Angeles to pursue her career in the Arts, meanwhile, she fell in love with yoga. She got her 200hr Vinyasa certification and yoga sculpt training at Corepower Yoga in Studio City, CA. Savannah is currently enrolled at LAAFA studying figure painting. Now she continues pursuing her passion for art by making custom art work and clothing in Los Angeles CA.

Heather Lucius Ellsworth

Attending Michelle Latimer dance Academy from 1992 to 1998, I was one of the original Senior Co. dancers. I was also an active participant in the varsity Smoky Hill pom squad 94-98. We went on to win state in 1998, and placed high at nationals that year. After high school, I attended Arizona State University, where I danced for a short amount of time as one of the original Arizona Cardinals cheerleaders. Unfortunately, my passion and heart were not connected to this organization, and after a few short weeks I went on to dance with the funk coalition for Arizona State University. We performed at many University and local events as well as professional sporting events. In the year 2000, I moved back to Denver, and finished my BA at the University of Colorado Denver. Graduating Cum Laude with a 4.0 and receiving the Chancellor scholarship, I ended up with a degree in Communications and a certificate in Public Relations. I went on to work for American Crew as a marketing associate. In 2004 I Married the love of my life and very early in my career, I was blessed with a baby boy. A second baby boy was to follow 18 months later. I now stay at home with my three beautiful boys. I am an E-YRT 200 Yoga Teacher, teaching for 4 years at Lifetime Fitness and other studios and businesses. I currently co-lead the Yoga Teacher Training Program for LifePower Yoga. As well as teaching yoga, I teach Yoga Sculpt, Zumba and LifePower Barre. The education, experiences and the foundation provided by MLDA helped to mold me into the person I am today and continues to influence the person that I am tomorrow.

Maddy Lyskawa

Maddy is currently a first year student attending NYU and intends to major in Journalism and International Relations. Although she's not majoring in Dance, Maddy continues to take classes on the weekends around New York City. Also, Maddy is volunteering at an animal shelter in Manhattan called Bideawee.

Emily Marberry

I'm still dancing in Denver, taking contemporary with Jacob Mora and ballet with Debbie Mercer. I have also recently gotten back into tapping and am loving being able to take 2 tap classes per week, and find my tap groove again! I love that there is always more to learn, and am grateful for the training I received as a teen at MLDA that has helped me continue to dance into my "old" age! You can also find me at most local dance events and shows around town, as I believe that watching and experiencing dance is another way to learn and improve my own dancing. Besides dance, I have been doing the accounting for a small law firm downtown for the past 8 years, love yoga, traveling and live music and theater. Proud to be an MLDA alum and love seeing the success of the rest of the family!

Danny Martinez

Danny has been in the entertainment industry for over 30 years, from a "B-Boy" in the mid-80s to currently holding residency as a DJ for SOCO nightclub district, the largest and most successfully nightclub entertainment in Denver. Michelle Latimer put Danny on a dance scholarship in the early 90s to broaden his talent in the arts. Danny also began teaching hip hop soon after. Danny performed all over the state and country. During his dance career he was given the opportunity to DJ at a local club in Denver call "The Church". His love of music and dance helped launch him into the nightclub industry opening up for such artist as Eminem, DJ Jazzy Jeff, and a performance[D1] at Red Rocks just to name a few. "I've been very fortunate to be involved with music and dance for most all of my adult life. Dreams may change and for some people time creates loss of loves we once held dear to our heart. To be able to perform on a regular basis for over three decades is truly a blessing! Don't let time steal your dream!" Danny currently performs every Saturday downtown in Denver at Club Vinyl.

Kelly McQuaid

Kelly is currently living in LA pursing her dream as a dancer, she is signed with The Movement Talent Agency. :) Right now she is touring with former Pussycat Doll J Sutta . Kelly is also traveling and teaching around the US.

​Miesha Moore

Miesha Moore is a versatile dancer whose style is influenced by contemporary, Ballet, modern techniques such Horton, Graham, hip hop, street jazz and more. Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Miesha's passion for dance began at 4 years old at Cleo Parker Robinson Dance were she was exposed to a variety of dance genres including African, ballet, hip hop, modern (Dunham) technique. In her early years, she ran track and played competitive soccer. At the age of 13, she was chosen to attend the Denver School of the Arts where she majored in dance. She was a member of the CPRD Training Group and the Michelle Latimer Dance Academy Company while attending arts school through out middle school and high school.

Hilary Morris Pawlik

Hillary is currently residing in Los Angeles with her husband and son. She is the Jazz/Contemporary Director at Revolution Dance Center. Some of her dancer credits include: The Young and the Restless, CBS's Smith, the 2004 NBA All-Star Dance Team, Showstoppers Live, The Hollywood Pin-Up Girls, Terry Beeman's Mental Head Circus, commercials for Target, Old Spice, Sparkle Paper Towels, Party Poker.Net, San Miguel and more. She can be seen in music videos for Alanis Morissette and Cherie. Her choreography credits include: "The Surrogates", Tim Burton's "Alice In Wonderland", CBS pilot "A Marriage", Showtime's television series "Look", "Drive A", & "The World In Shambles" music video, as well as Tinashe's "Who Am I Working For" video. Hilary recently choreographed and directed a short art film titled, "(at) water" that can be found on Vimeo.

Jessica Pennington Perkins

Jessica currently works as an accountant at an oil and gas company in downtown Houston. She recently was married at a cute little wine bar called Chelsea's. Jessica hasnt taken any dance classes recently but did join a crossfit gym and loves it! She two fur babies named Emmitt and Moose (Cowboys fan!) Next year, Jessica and her husband plan to buy a house and she may look into a career change. But, we will see what the future brings...

Taylor Peters Webley

After graduating from MLDA, Taylor became an NBA dancer for the Denver Nuggets during the 2008-2009 season. She then danced for the professional alumni company, Rocky Mountain Rockstarz, until 2011. In 2011, Taylor also danced in the film "A Very Harold and Kumar Christmas." She then took some time to start a family and is now a mother of two rambunctious boys. Taylor is currently a principal dancer of L?V Dance Collective in California's Bay Area.

Allie Petersen

After graduating in 2007, Allie spent a super senior year with Michelle Latimer as a dancer and teacher. In 2009 Allie continued teaching at Michelle Latimer and traveled with West Coast Dance Explosion as their assistant for the 2009/2010 season. In April of 2011 she moved to Las Vegas where she was cast in the Tournament of Kings show at Excalibur. After spending 3 years pursuing her professional dance career in Vegas, she moved to Utah with her now husband Dustin. Currently she is a full time dance teacher/choreographer for Inspire Dance Studio in Clearfield, Ut. She is also fulfilling one of her biggest dreams in becoming a first time mom to a baby boy in April 2017. Allie can't say enough about how much Michelle and the studio has done for her and will always hold them dear to her heart!

Lili Quintana

Currently Lili is a part of the Millennium Dance Complex Denver Adult Company and has trained under several renowned choreographers including Jojo Gomez, Kenya Clay, Hamilton Evans and Janelle Ginestra. Most recently, She performed a piece in The Choreographer's Carnival Ball in Los Angeles and also multiple pieces in the Millennium Experience showcase. Also within the year she was apart of Prestige Productions and was given the opportunity not only to do two shows in Denver but to travel to Tahoe and perform a third show. By day she works at Sephora pursuing her love for makeup and the beauty industry, and by night she trains and teaches for the kid and adult programs at Millennium Dance Complex Denver.

Maggie Rainold

After graduating Louisiana State University, Maggie moved back to Denver to establish her career as a mortgage underwriter. Her passion for dance and the arts still very much alive. She enjoys following and encouraging her fellow MLDA alumni via social media. One of Maggie's greatest achievements in her adult life is completing two half marathons. She is currently working toward her group fitness certification. Maggie models for MarieMargot Couture, a Denver based wedding gown designer, doing both runway and print assignments.

Alyssa Santino Marrin

After graduating from Loyola Marymount University, Alyssa danced professionally with various Los Angeles artists and choreographers, toured internationally with Between Lines Contemporary Dance company and produced several shows as Co-Director of Above Ground Dance. Although Alyssa no longer performs professionally, she still remains engaged in the Los Angeles dance community by taking classes whenever possible and providing grant consultation services for local dance organizations. Somewhere along the way, Alyssa discovered a passion for work in the non-profit sector and currently is the Program Officer at the Joseph Drown Foundation, which provides grants to non-profit organizations in Los Angeles mainly focused on increasing equal access to quality and well-rounded educational opportunities.

Madison Shelpuk

Madison Shelpuk was born and raised in Denver, CO. Upon graduating from Denver School of the Arts high school, Madison went on to study at California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) acquiring her BFA in Dance. Madison has performed the works of Larry Keigwin, Jonathan Fredrickson, Sidra Bell, Gustavo Ramierez Sansano, Ryan Mason, Julie Bour, and Dough Nielsen since attending the university. During her junior year at CalArts, she had the opportunity to choreograph and perform in James Franco's The Glass Menagerie. The following summer, she danced in Ambroise Willaume's music video FOCUSdirected/choreographed by Julie Bour. Madison has also been requested to choreograph for an upcoming TV Series: The Institute directed by Pamela Romanowsky and James Franco. Broadening her curiosities into the world of theater, she began taking acting/voice/improvisational clowning classes under the instruction of Daniel Passer (Cirque du Soleil) and Julie Bour (Le Ballet Preljocaj/Cedar Lake). During her senior year at Calarts, she took the initiative to pursue a role as director. Hiring ten actors and six dancers to perform an entire act which incorporated the works of three Tennessee Williams plays, alongside James Franco. The play titled: Talking Like Rain opened a new door and experience that supports her endeavors into a career in both dance and theater. Upon graduation spring 2017, Madison plans to pursue dance theater throughout Europe.

Topher Shrigley

Topher Shrigley moved to Los Angeles, California in September 2016 to pursue his dance career. He is a work study and videographer at the Millennium Dance Complex. Since moving in Topher has studied under Tim Milgram, filmed Hamilton Evans Fall Intensive, and was a behind the scenes videographer for a Rich and Tone project. He will sign with Bloc Talent Agency in late October and will consistently train with the intention of becoming a professional dancer.

Pauli Slocum

In December of 2015 I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Rivendell Sanctuary Honors Program of San Diego Christian College with my associate of liberal arts degree. It was a wonderful experience, and culminated in 5 weeks studying the fine arts in Italy. I spent the summer traveling from New York to California, and all the way to Israel! I also worked at the Nutmeg Ballet Conservatory in Torrington, CT during their summer intensives. Currently, I am taking one year off from school to work and dance with Artesan Dance Company, a small professional contemporary company in California, for their 2016/17 season. After this year, I plan to go back to school to complete my undergrad (and potentially my graduate degree) in either exercise science or aeronautics through Hope College or Liberty University. Love and miss the MLDA family! I am everyday thankful for the year I got to spend there. XOXO.

Tyler Smith

Tyler is attending Syracuse University as a Writing and Rhetoric major with hopes of dual majoring in photography. She is involved in a Community Service and Leadership Enrichment group on campus, as well as the dance group called DanceWorks! In the future, she hopes to become a photojournalist and work with kids. Tyler is planning on studying abroad next year, hopefully in Madrid. She is very happy!

Maddie Spilsted

Currently, I am in my third year of completing a Bachelor in the Fine Arts at the dance department of Chapman University in Orange, California. I have been taking class in Los Angeles from various teachers and in various styles, and I plan to pursue dance as a professional career once I have completed my degree. Currently I am spending four months studying abroad in Seville, Spain, where I am studying dance and Spanish.

Jessica Steidler

Jessica Steidler is exploring her love of art in Los Angeles California. She is practicing drawing and painting using watercolor and acrylic paint. She has many friends in the music industry and is excited to learn how to make music. Including playing the ukulele and producing house music. And of course still enjoying the love dancing brings! She is enjoying life and living it to the fullest!

Tiffany Theodore

Tiffany is currently attending Chapman University in Orange, CA as a Dance Major with a Minor in Advertising. She is part of the hiphop crew that Twitch helped start called Shaka. Tiffany is signed with MTA (Movement Talent Agency). And was on America's Got Talent Season 6 with the Silhouettes. Tiffany has also performed in the work study show at ML (Movement Lifestyle), she has danced in music videos with Marqos Maldonado. Tiffany has danced on the Ellen show and continues to train with many master teachers and choreographers in Los Angeles.

Drew Turley

After a fruitful and exemplary learning experience as one of the Wicked Witch of the West's Guards in MLDA's annual ballet production, Drew was urged by Michelle to audition for the EDGE PAC Scholarship Program in Los Angeles. Upon acceptance to the program, Drew moved to LA to begin a career as commercial dancer. Bouncing from LA to Tokyo to Sydney and back, Drew decided that he was tired of sharing his cheese with Mickey Mouse and moved to the Big Apple. Eventually,Drew returned to Colorado, After studying pre-engineering, and economics at the Community College of Denver, he transferred to Colorado College. He spent most of last year studying abroad in Europe,traveling through Paris, Florence and London. Currently, Drew is choreographing for the student produced Dance Workshop, and subbing for a local dance studio. Drew plans to graduate from CC this year with a Bachelor of Arts in the History and Philosophy of Modern Europe with a special focus on theater and performance.

Katie Wafer

After attending Michelle Latimer Dance Academy Katie attended Arizona State University where she received a Bachelors Degree in Business & Communications and was a member and captain of the ASU Dance Team. Katie moved back to Denver for a career in sales and during this time was a cheerleader for the Denver Broncos. She also started a youth dance program for The Gold Crown Foundation and was an instructor for the Junior Denver Broncos Cheerleaders. After two years, Katie moved to Las Vegas to dance in various shows before returning back to Denver where she currently resides. Katie enjoys a career in medical sales and is co-owner of Hydrate IV Bar, an IV therapy clinic in Denver.

Cassidy Wagner

In 2016, Cassidy graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts majoring in Dance and minoring in the Business of Entertainment, Media, and Technology. Currently Cassidy is participating in an Internship with the David Dorfman Dance Company and residing in New York City pursuing a lifelong career in the performing arts.In October, Cassidy will be performing in an invite only fashion show with designer Carla Fernandez from Mexico City.

Rachel Walker

After graduating high school in 2009, Rachel moved to LA to pursue a professional dance career. Eventually her path led to dancing in stage shows aboard Holland America Line's MS Zaandam. Rachel spent two years performing, sailing, and traveling the world before moving back to Denver to pursue her other passions. She has since become a certified yoga teacher and graduated from the Nutrition Therapy Institute with the certification of Master Nutrition.

Waeli Wang

After a brief stint in LA pursuing the commercial world of dance, she returned home to study film at the University of Colorado at Boulder, earning her BFA in Film Studies. Her thesis film, What Weighs Me Down, was sponsored by Dance Films Association and appeared in the Sans Souci Festival of Dance Cinema, 2014. Waeli spent the 2014-2015 season making stories with the artists of Rogue Co. Dance Company (Boulder). She moved to New York in 2015 and has since danced with harunalee theater company (2015, NY), Sidra Bell (2016, NY), and Built for Collapse (2016, NY). She is currently working on pieces for Movement Research Lab (2016, NY) and Prelude Festival (2016, NY). Waeli also works for the prestigious Broadway Dance Center as their digital media associate. Waeli currently resides in Brooklyn, where she is pursuing her career as a dancer and choreographer.

Stephanie Weiss

Stephanie graduated from MLDA in 2016. She is currently attending Pace University in New York City. She is very busy exploring the city for further opportunities and connections! Stephanie still fulfills her love for dance by taking classes from renowned choreographers around the city, specifically at Broadway Dance Center. She is very thankful for the time she spent at MLDA and for the opportunities that were provided for her! She misses her MLDA family so much!

Natasha Wells

Most recently, Natasha Won Top Ten Senior Best Dancer at The Dance Awards in 2015 and Top 5 Senior Solo Winner at The Dance Awards 2016!. She is currently attending Marymount Manhattan College in NYC as a BFA Dance Major/Choreography Concentration and a Minor in Arts Management.

Amber Wilkerson

Amber studied at FIDM and then graduated with her BFA from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Amber spent 9 years working in LA’s fashion industry and growing her successful spray tan business, Amber Spray Tans. In 2013 she started her fashion blog, Every Once in a Style and realized working in fashion through digital media was her true passion. Through her blog she has had the opportunity to collaborate with many brands including Banana Republic, Free People, Rebecca Minkoff, Hilton and Toyota. Currently Amber is living in Denver where she re-opened Amber Spray Tans and is happy to continue to work on her fashion career while being close to family.

Adrienne Wilson Mann

After graduating from the the University of Colorado with a BS in Biology, I worked for 2 years in an HIV research laboratory while applying for medical school. I attended medical school at the University of Colorado, and the completed residency in Internal Medicine. I now work at the Denver VA Hospital, caring for veterans admitted to the hospital with medical problems. I am also involved in teaching medical students and residents. I'm married to Scott, and have a 2 year old daughter named Amelia who can't wait to start ballet classes when she turns 3!

Lizzie Yacovetta

After graduating from MLDA, Lizzie continues her career in dance and has become an established teacher in the Denver area. Lizzie is currently a full time instructor at Artistic Fusion Dance Academy, and is very proud of her students and is very happy!

Allison Yee

Allison graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Long Beach and is currently living in Southern California. Working as an Account Supervisor for a marketing and promotions agency and still loves to dance along with take barre, yoga, and pilates. I'll always miss my time at Michelle Latimer. I not only learned how to twirl, but also how to work hard, be apart of a team, and how to be an overall better human being :)
