45 minutes - $57/per month

1 hour - $72/per month

1.25 hour - $88/per month

1.5 hour - $103/per month

1.75 hour - $120/per month

2 hours - $134/per month

2.25 hours - $144/per month

2.5 hours - $160/per month

2.75 hours - $172/per month

3 hours - $185/per month
